Mor Ben Bassat

Mor Ben Bast was born in Tel Aviv, Israel, in 2006.

She began her dance training at Shira Ganor’s Dance School. She later studied in the Dance Department of Ironi Aleph High School for the Arts in Tel Aviv, under the direction of Dalit Harmati.

During her training, Mor participated in professional programs and workshops in Israel and abroad. In 2022, she attended the Alvin Ailey Summer Intensive in New York, and in 2023 she participated in the Tanzfabrik program in Berlin, directed by Dor Mamalia. In 2024, she took part in workshops at P.A.R.T.S. in Brussels and SEAD in Salzburg, won first place in the GDO competition, and was recognized as an Outstanding Dancer in the Israel Defense Forces.

In 2024, Mor began her studies at The Dancers’ Training Program (Hamasslul LeHachsharat Rakdanim) at Bikkurei Ha’Itim in Tel Aviv, under the direction of Niv Marinberg and Ofir Peter Dagan, and graduated in 2026.

In August 2026, Mor joined Kamea Dance Company as a JR Dancer.

I joined Kamea with the desire to continue growing as a dancer, challenge myself, and explore new approaches to movement and creation. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the company, to learn from the people around me, and to continue developing my personal voice as a dancer.”
