Mazal, a woman of outstanding achievements in public life, she is the chairman of the National Workers' Committee of the Otzar Hay'il Bank. A single parent, mother to Carmel and Golan. She previously served as an intelligence officer in the Air Force for about six years in a unique position, a first for a woman in that role. In her resume she spent a year in the USA with teenagers on behalf of the Zionist Organization.
Born in Beer Sheva, Mazal is proud to be a member of two committees in the municipality: the education committee and a committee for gender equality. In addition to being the chairman of the executive board of the Bat-Dor Beer Sheva association and the Kamea Dance Company, she is a member of the "Naamat" (Woman volunteer organization) leadership and a member of the national investment committee as well as the finance committee of the southern region.
She has two degrees - in management and law, and about 30 years of work credit, of which 20 years in management. In 2014, she established the Neve Ze'ev branch of Otzar Hay'il Bank in Be'er Sheva, which she manages to this day. In October 2017, she was elected to the position of chairperson of the bank's national staff committee - the first female chairperson of the bank's committee since its establishment over 70 years ago.
Mazal dedicates her time to serve as our chairman, a position which is by law fully voluntary, she is a partner leading the success and growth of Kamea into the future.
