International Exposure 2025 – at Kamea’s Home

Dozens of leading artistic directors, producers, and curators from around the world visited our home in Beer-Sheva today as part of International Exposure 2025, coming to get to know Kamea from up close.

International Exposure, the flagship event of Israeli contemporary dance, is held by the Suzanne Dellal Centre in Tel Aviv, in collaboration with the Cultural Diplomacy Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and supported by the Ministry of Culture and Sport. Kamea Dance Company and Tamir Ginz are deeply grateful for the partnership and trust, with special appreciation to the Suzanne Dellal Centre’s team: CEO Anat Fischer-Leventon, Artistic Director Naomi Perlov, and Head of International Relations Shimrit Golan Cohen.

The visit began with a tour of our building – the studios and the spaces where our daily work takes place.
Afterwards, the guests watched an open rehearsal with excerpts from works by our Artistic Director and Resident Choreographer, Tamir Ginz: “Gray” and “Bamidbar Devarim“, as well as “Omniforge” by Jacopo Godani.

The visit concluded with a conversation with Ginz and our dancers about the artistic process, the company’s vision, our journey since the early days, and Kamea’s strong connection to the south and to the city of Beer-Sheva.

For us, welcoming the guests in our home was a special opportunity to share who we are: a home of creation, passion for dance, and international connections that grow right here in the south.
