Italo Leão

Italo was born in Brasilia, Brazil, in 2000.

Italo began dancing in 2017 with ballet classes at the “Academia de Danca Classica de Brasilia”.

In 2023, he joined “Grupo Raca” in Sao Paulo, training in Contemporary Dance and Jazz, and working with Musical Theater. In 2024, he was invited to join “Milano Contemporary Ballet” under the direction of Roberto Altamura.

In 2025 Italo received the Special Award at the VIBE – Vienna International Ballet Experience for Outstanding Performance in the Senior Category.

Italo joined Kamea Dance Company as a dancer in August 2025.
