Hadar Elbaz
Executive Director Kamea Dance Company & Bat-Dor Beer-Sheva NPO
Born in Beer Sheva, Hadar Elbaz is married and a mother of two. She brings extensive senior management experience in the public sector, having served as Chief Financial Officer and as Deputy CEO for Resources and Business Development.
Hadar holds an M.A. in Public Administration and Policy and an M.B.A. from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. In addition to her executive roles, she has volunteered as a board member and finance director in various organizations.
Her professional work reflects a strong commitment to social, public, and community engagement, alongside a deep connection to the fields of culture, education, and sport.
Hadar assumed her position in February 2026.

Together, we will advance the vision of the Company and the Association, with a strong emphasis on artistic excellence, educational activity, and community engagement in the Negev and Beer Sheva, while strengthening and expanding our presence both locally and internationally, and developing collaborations that will support the Company’s continued growth in the years ahead.”
