Sharon was Born and raised In Kibbutz Miflasim.
She earned a B.A. in Management and Human resources from The Sapir College.She was a marketing agent for medical supplies before coming to head  sales and the educational department for Kamea as of November 2013. This is a sort of closure for Sharon who spent her childhood and youth as a devoted dance student.
